Hi All. I have a Service Parklamps alarm in my 2004 Grand Prix.

I found I have a blown 10 amp fuse in the pass. side door block. My parking lights (yellow) and rear tail running lights did not work. everything else does (headlights, breaks, turn)

I replaced the fuse, and everything works again, today driving to work, The service parklamps alarm came on again when I hit a bump, I got to work and the fuse was good. then on the way home, the lights worked again, hit a bump again and they went out, this time when I got home, the fuse was blown.

When the parking lights don't work when the car is parked with the car running and in gear. I shut the car off and set the alarm, the parking lights will still flash.

anyone have any ideals where to start?

remove your tail lights and look for a pinched wire or bare wire shorting to the body of the car. if you find a pinched wire then repair it and you should be good to go.

Does anyone think a bad relay could be causing it?

Sounds like a short somewhere. A relay could be causing it, but more likely to be a pinched/shorted wire as already mentioned.
