Well its not hard, just time consuming really. There are two screws underneather the door handle that you need to take out before removing the actual door skin. They Torx style heads, so you need torx bits to remove them, cant remember the exact size of them, but they are of the larger variety. Once you have those two removed, you can pop out your Windows and Door lock panels and leave them lose for the moment. Once you have done that, you will either an upholstry tool to slip behind the door skin to start the removal process or some really strong fingers to get the plastic clips to release.

Once you have worked your way around the door, you can slide the control units out of the door skin and you should have a nicely exposed inside to your doors. I am not 100% on this, but if you have the Bose Speaker setup, there will be black panels securing in the 5" speakers on the doors. You can reuse that mount for your new speakers. Even if they are of the 6.5" variety. I did this with mine. I just dremelled part of the plastic out of the way and was able to get them to fit perfectly.

As for the rear deck speakers............This is where the fun begins.

You have two tabs on both sides of the bottom seat cushion in the rear. You need to pull those till the tabs pop and the bottom seat cushion releases. Once it has released you can remove it and place it off to the side. After that you will see at least 3 large bolts holding in the upper rear part of the seat, and two (one for each) bolts holding down the seat belt buckles. You will need to remove them and place them out of the way. Once you have done that, you just simply lift up on the seat backing where its secured by three hook like objects. Once you lift high enough, you will unhook from those. Them move the back seat to location outside the car. REMEMBER that back portion of the seat is rather heavy with lots of sharp edges so be mindful of your paint.

Ok now we are on the downhill side of things. Once you have removed the lower and upper seat cushions, you will see the decklid. You simply slip the seat belts out from the corners and gently lift up the decklid. Once high enough to go over the speakers you pull it towards yourself gently. Once removed place it outside the car as well. There will be a layer of carpet foam stuff and a layer of rubber vinyl like material beneath. The top layer of the carpet foam stuff comes off. The rubberized material is attached to the seat, so you just pull that down and out of the way.

Then you will have access to your rear decklid speakers.

I hope that helps explain it? If you need more assistance, please let me know. I will try and help if I can.

ok what do think i should hook the wires that came with the speakers to the factort harness then to the speakers because they have the little clips or can i just go straight from the factory harness to the speaker?
