I have AWFUL reception for my radio in my 04 gt2. I seriously only get a solid 2 channels. I listen to my phone most of the time but I still like to listen to the radio once in a while. Where is the antenna and if so how do you adjust it if possible

First almost on any modern car if you don't see it, it is in the back window.
I just fixed my 06 GT, FM was acceptable, but AM was bad. Turned out to be the window tint. The older tint has metal in it. I just bought a 07 GXP and had it tinted, that was when I learned about it. Also one place said I had to go ceramic, but the place I had it done said most newer good quality doesn't have to be and they were right. If that the problem, bad news it cost as much to have it removed as it did to tint it. Also when removing the rear glass tint they have to be careful of defrost wires. Had it done on my 06 and all is good.

Of course there could be loose wires, bad radio and such, was just throwing out my situation.

Oh alright... I don't think I have the tint issue because I have no to it on my car at the moment but I will remember that when the time comes. So thank you! I will check the wiring in my window next. I also have an aftermarket radio in my gp so could that be the problem maybe?

Has the reception ever been good with the aftermarket head unit? A couple things you can check for is if the proper antenna adapter has been used and the power antenna lead is hooked up to the remote wire from the head unit.
