Anyone know any way (or any wiring harness) to keep the calendar function in a 2005 GP GT w Monsoon when doing an aftermarket deck install? I'm installing a Pioneer AVH-P1400DVD and trying every way to keep the calendar above the stock deck, so far I've heard that it's not possible... Help!!

Only way I would think its possible if you relocate the stock deck somewhere else like try trunk and somehow extend the factory harness to the truck to connect to the stock deck and then splice in the new deck. That being said a) I don't think it's worth it for just a calendar feature b) some aftermarket decks have a calendar feature c) do you have a cell phone ?

Well I wanted to try to keep as much as the factory features as I could, and when the window with the date and day of the week is blank with only direction and temperature it's gonna look a little strange, but I guess if I lose it I lose it.
