Ya that was me texting you lol... i can move the arm in and out manually and its pretty rough and last i remember the line didnt feel like it had any sort of vaccum at the actuator but when i un plug it on the s/c tree the car ran like shvt

id try putting a length of vac line on the diaphragm and blow and or suck through the line to see if the arm will move via air pressure, put your tongue over the end to lock it, see if it holds pressure if it moves.
if the diaphragm passes this test, id think there's a problem with the vac box thing you found in the dash.
and if you pulled the vac line off the tree a top the supercharger and left it uncapped you made a nice vac leak, the car will run poorly like that.
Hmm i wonder if my vaccum actuator on the drivers side is bad. No matter what it blows air out the defrost on all settings on the drivers side but the passenger side switches it up correctly. I mean it will still switch to a point but always throws 75% of the air you are wanting out of the vent to the defrost. But it def blows harder out the passengers. I will have to look into this vac actuator thing.
