Nothing but horrible reviews about power bastards on the audio forums. Try singer, mechman, Ohio generator, excessive amperage, irragi, or tenney.

Or just buy mine lol. 200 amp.

So, got the alternator I bought from maverickdog8 , took it out to my car and it will not work. The mounting bracket is completely different than the alternator currently on the car. What now?

I have a feeling the alternator is for a non supercharged car? If that's the case, I mean, the title in the thread clearly states my car is a 97 GTP...

Yes. 97-98's had a different Alt. bracket.

Sounds like you just need to buy the 99+ Alt. bracket.

    Should be a simple fix.

so I'm in the middle of swapping out the 97 alt bracket for the 99+ one and the connectors that connect the heater hoses to the bracket look to be different? new alt bracket did not come with connectors but the hole for the screw is on top, and on the 97 one it's on the side. Has anyone done this swap before and can tell me what I need to do?
