Alright.. I'm planning on switching out my factory stereo with the Alpine cda-9886 in my 2008 with steering wheel controls.

From what I've read and asked my tech buddies, I've come to the conclusion that I'll need a swi-jack hooked up in order for the steering wheel controls to work with the new deck, and also a pac stereo interface to keep the chimes and rap and such working.

I know theres plenty of posts on this subject, including another one from me, but they haven't been a whole lotta help.

I'm sure somebody here has experience hooking up a new deck in a car with steering wheel controls. I'll give cookies to anyone that helps.

    ZZ Performance

    ZZ Performance

I called ZZPerformance and they said that PAC stereo interface is only for 04 and up.
    My car doesn't leak oil,
    It marks it's territory.

I sell both, the pac works better, the local best buy here doesn't have any interface they use
