Thread: Double din in a 97 gt

Little bit of hacking and fiberglass. Not extremely difficult.

One example..there was a write up floating around somewhere but I can't find it ATM. I'm sure others will post but also so a search on the topic.

Im sure its easy, I could probably do it with out a problem, and I would do it if I had a double din

But too bad Eddie is leaving us FWD grocery getters for a better platform :/

iIRC some guys use a pencil as the base so there's a separation between the AC controls and the Double din itself to make it appear more factory and not just thrown together.

Get a spare dash and take your time and you could do it!

Im not leaving yet, ill still always be here lol. Plus if my car dont sell Im just gonna keep it and just keep it somewhat stock. I have no plans on modding it anymore
