mine changed a bit today. Had a friend of mine give me an autotek amp (he bought a new fusion one from me) and I decided to see what it would do to my cheap powerbass 12 (rated at 150 watts rms amp is rated at 300 rms at 4 ohms I am at 2) needless to say the sub parted ways with it's voice coil (lasted a couple of hours continuous at high volume playing some old bass cd's though) time for an upgrade, not sure, but I think I am going with another powerbass sub

If that's an 8812DVC I have th esame sub. I used to have 2 but the box weighed 110lbs

I'm down to one now with my old Kicker ZR-360 pushing it and it still sounds great.

I use the Lightning Audio caps myself. No problems as of yet. How about you?

Nothing fancy and looks like crap but gets the job done. Have all factory speakers still because I'm broke

Pioneer HU I've had for over 6 years. Plan on buying a new one soon but like I said, I'm broke. Works like a champ still.

2 12" Kicker CVX with ZX1500.1 . My +/- wires are short and I didn't unplug but will if anyone wants to see. I also have a Stinger 1.0 farad cap. Both the amp and cap are screwed into the top of the box.

Yea. Like comparing a corvette to a geo metro. At the time if morel had a sub i would have bough it. Morels are Focal utopias head on competition.

The jl sub is sloppy to me now. Im either going to replace it with a treo or a type r. Im leaning toward a treo because it is a cleaner tighter sub, Or a MTX 8500 or 9500 And when i upgrade im either going to find an eclipse sub amp or a zapco amp. I had a chance to by a 500w zapco amp but at the time i could have but no money left to pay bills. Im starting to kick my self now for it

i had 2 12 in memphis...in my gtp but i returned for the digital dynamics 10's...10's to me jus sound better in the trunk of a grand prix than 12's did they took up way too much space so there was no way for bass to escape , with the box i got now where it sits in pics goes under my tower braces the 12's butted against the tower braces and were about 2 inches from rear of trunk
