Would anything have to b changed?can I even swap it? I havent seen it yet. Friend has 1 in his junk yard in decent shape. And any way to hook my ipod up to either radio? Or play my phone thru it? I hate the look of after market radios..

might fit but won't work 04 and newer uses a data signal to turn on radio and not your normal 12v ignition power signal

No it would not. The 97-03 grand prixs use 1.5 din.
The 07 one you want is a 2 din. It could fit but you would have to modify.
IMO id rather go with an aftermarket stereo than modify.
