    wiki-answer is as follows:

well you have to remove all the screws that you can see, once you do that theres four that you cannot see, ones in the top of the panel under the plastic where the seat belt goes in not all of the plastic just the middle cover its cliped in, anoth(pops right off with a flat head screw driver), then the gray plastic comes off when you depress the clips at the top and bottom and it should pop off there is a screw under that, another of the hidden screws is a torx im not sure of the size because the screw driver I used did not say but I think its around 20? its located in the bottom right of the handle where the far top Right of the speaker meets the handle, this screw is at an angle, you'll also have to remove your window button panel held with 2 smaller torx clearly visible, once you remove that there is a rather large torx screw under that you should find it quickly its not that hidden, after you remove all the screws the panel will still e rather tight from the clips you'll have to carefully remove these from the panel without breaking the panel, they wont simply slide off you'll have to replace these if you want factory tightness you can find some at pepboys or you can just forget about them and just screw the panel back on making it easier to remove in the future, also be careful not to over tighten any thing or else you'll strip the holes and you'll be in a world of trouble,
    good luck!
    Hope this helps...
