Ok, anyone got a write up on how to remove the molding around the head unit in an 02 grand prix se, i wanna pop out the stock head unit to replace it with this:

DEH-3300UB - CD Receiver with USB Direct Control for iPod®/iPhone® | Pioneer Electronics USA

    along with this mount kit:

    Humount.com Gallery | Grand Prix | Grand-Prix-GT

the kit is cut to the right size and "grand prix" will light up from a red LED that will be built in.

Also, does anyone know which wire harness I'd need for that head unit, itd be appreciated if someone could point me in the right direction

not sure how pioneer's stuff is...my camaro had a pioneer in it when i got it and it was god awful horrible...couldnt stand it...a 50 dollar dual deck from walmart sounded TONS better.

Remove the "knee basher" under the steering column (just two screws and pull it off) Then tilt the steering wheel all the way down and the bezel pulls off.

03 GTP...Its got pulleys and stuff.

I have never heard anybody praise Dual before. I think something was wrong with the Pioneer

Pico fuse typically only translates into ground loop noise :/
