Insignia is Best Buy's off label brand of electronic equipment. They sell TVs and Car Audio equipment, its all kinda new to them. I am not sure what brand name is making the stuff for them, so I would be a little leary about it. I know the LCD TVs have gotten a bad rap, so I would be cautious on your purchase.

That's the best I can offer ya on that selection.

I know the insignia door speakers are not that good. your numbers aren't bad because the amp matches the sub ratings, but you should stay away from Insignia IMO. For a decent setup you should dump a little of your money on top of that to get something like rockford. I know ours had some stuff on clearance a while back, like 2 12" P1's with a box for 200-300 bucks. Find a deal like that and go for it.

Yeah big problem is bestbuy is a rip off lol
I want some bass without spending big money right now. My car speakers are cobeled together.Used JBL rears, new JVC fronts and a new pioneer deck lol

so a half decent thump is what I want for now until I can afford a sweet set up.
Any other suggestions? I've got a $100 worth of gift cards for best buy

Why spend waste money now? Just wait until you have more cash to burn on something nice. If you spend it now, it'll be money you're throwing away further down the road.

I work for bestbuy. Insignia is good sometimes but is also cheaply made. To give you a good idea of how cheap...its all marked up about 80 percent.

I used to work at bestbuy, in the install department. I bought that same insignia sub in that package shown. I got it for $15 new. I hooked it up and it melted in a few hours
