Thanks...only reason I am doing this is because I got my headunit in the glove box. Now my right front speaker isn't working. I have ruled out the AMP,RCA's and Headunit as the problem. It's losing connection somewhere. Right now the way i have it is, I have at the harness the front speaker wires hook into the rear speaker wires and i power the front speakers using the rear speaker wires to the AMP because the AMP is in the trunk. Because they where more accessible at the time. If that makes any sense.

woah... hmmm kinda not really heh.... perhaps a diagram would help out... or are you saying youre powering the front speakers from the factory amp in the rear, by using the rear speaker wires?

I am powering the front speakers, using the rear wires through a after market amp. Its been working like this up until now. So it goes like this

Headunit RCAs>AMP>AMP Power is spliced into speak speaker wire> at the harness the rear speaker wires are splices into the front speaker power wires>thus powering the front speakers.

    (I have no rear speakers)
