Here ya go...they're essentially stock alternators that are rewound (in most cases). You'll have to do a "big 3" upgrade since there's more output. It's upgrading the wires from the alternator to the battery, engine, and ground. Once that is accomplished your light issue will be fixed.
thnx for the link, i'll save it for future refernce, the Big 3 job sounds like its out of my hands, may have to get a pro sound shop to do it...

I don't know how you feel about pre-fabbed?

    Dual Solo-Baric L5 & L7 Subwoofer Boxes & Enclosures | Sub Woofer Box | Klaus Audio

I don't even know if those things match up with your speaker requirements. Some companies just slap things together and call it "good". Email kicker for specific box size requirements. Sealed will be much smaller and my preference since it's closer to accurate.

I never did really look into the wire diagrams for monsoon sound systems but I have a feeling that since you are going to use a CDA-9887 then you have the capability to tune into whatever the speakers like. If you have passive cross overs for them then dont' worry about active tuning at all. Leave all RCA outs at full range except for subwoofer. Cut that kid off around 70 or 80hz.

Oh...if it turns out your speaker enclosure is too small then you can throw in some poly-fill to help create more resonating space for the speaker. If your box is too big just throw in a 2x4 or so to fill the air space.

I just realized too. The picture of your box...only one speaker is running. Is that because of the head lights dimming?

nah I have the 2 subs wired together in series, inside the box. cause they're 4 ohm speakers, so I wired them down to 2 ohms. I bought myself alpine 6.5's and 6x9s and alpine 9887, now I just gotta wait til i get home to install them ...

you want a hard hit, Screw Kicker, get 1 JL W7, and invest in sign language classes.

YESSSSSSSSSS @ DD i have 2 1510's on 500 watt memphis amp and they hit unbelievably hard..some songs i cant listen to at full volume it hurts my chest a lil and i cant see cuz my eyes vibrate so much.

Glad to see some experience chiming in. The efficiency of those speakers says volumes about their design for SPL. 500watts is a ton of power. People don't seem to realize that these days. You can cause ear damage with a good clean 5 watts.

Throw in those DD's and you might have fixed your power problem Matter of fact...trade in that kicker for a sundown audio SAZ-1000d or so. I've heard some people switching over(from kicker) had cleaner, louder speakers and the head light dimming was gone. Electricity is a neat thing.

Food for thought. A smaller driver with the capacity for more excursion can hit higher frequencies(20hz to 30hz or so) better vs. a larger driver with more surface area but less excursion.

Good Choice in the ford my friend!! lol Kicker is good, but not the best, i had two JL W3's that hit harder than my friends system with two kickers, JL is a much better sub, one guy i saw got three W6's installed in his bronco, why i dont know, he got a whole system, deck, the three subs and speakers, he came back saying his deck wont stop skipping, the tech looked at him and said well you wanted 3 JL's what did you expect lower your bass, and the W7 is an AMAZING sub, one 12" W7 will blow your trunk lid clean off, they have one in a box in the high end room, the whole building shakes
