The bulbs (recirc and rear defroster with an x (see attachment)) on my sons '07 grand prix don't appear to be working. I am pulling the unit to replace all the other bulbs. I would like to know b4 I get started, what bulbs do I need? Merry Xmas BTW.

You're lucky as mine was LED and much more complicated. Those look like 3mm "grain of wheat" bulbs. Google should get you started with that. They'll need to be soldered.

Keep the little covers and the mounting bits of plastic. The bulbs are often sold bare!

If you don't want to continue with a repair, try ebay. Junkyards here those 3 button controls are like $15 for one that works.

Did all the bulbs go out at once or 1x1 over time? If they all went out at once I would suspect a different issue.

Bought the car and this was the way it was, didn't test drive the car at night to check whether all the lights worked (same as the TCC oscillation with the tranny I didn't know about until extended driving on freeway). Have to expect that on a 13 YO car.
