Everytime I put the right turn signal on the high beams turn on. Also my car displays "service vehicle soon" on the info screen but no check engine light. Do you guys think the signal problem and the reading are related?

The turn signal turning on your high beams is usually an indicator of a bad multifunction switch.

Replace the multifunction switch.
