    Research and more research.

You won't find much if anything on here. You need to explore LS1 tech and hp tuners to read up on how to run e85.

The skinny is just buy injectors, maybe a new pump and then tune the car. Note that it's not easy to just jump in and tune for it on a LS based pcm and you will not get as good mpgs. Running 91+ octane fuel is easier in reality.

Is the gain worth it on a stock motor, though that could be debated I would say no it's not worth the cost to switch for such little gain on a stock power level. E85 is far better fuel for when you want to be pushing more power and want to be able to run knock free all the time.

A simple tune and some quick maintence stuff like colder plugs, better wires and a intake could gain you more than just switching to e85.

ok ive heard of these "colder plugs" i must be ignorant because people have been talking about them constantly and i have no clue what it means. i do have the CAI intake with the aluminum box on it but i need a new filter for it, badly. and whats the best wires to use?

Here's the writeup..there's also an option to install a flex fuel sensor if you were inclined to do so. The biggest issue though is tuning. You need to be able to change a value around. I was able to do it on stock injectors however a set of ls2 or ls3 injectors will work great for the intended use and very cheap.
