Replaced the thermostat not too long ago and it started to leak. Took it apart, cleaned everything put it back together and it still leaked. Took it apart again cleaned it and used sealant. It's still leaking. Ya'all have any thoughts on this?

pretty sure the 04 up only use a O ring. the t stat also gets wrapped in a rubber ring. could add a gasket if your not using one. make sure both sides of the lim and housing are clean and smooth.

NVM you guys the problem was way simple. The lower radiator hose clamp, to the wp, was loose. 🤦
