Check the wiring harness.
Possible Solutions
Replace oxygen sensor (cannot repair open or short that occurs internally to sensor)
Repair short or open or high resistance in wiring harness or harness connectors

Yea that was my next step. Should I check the ecu were it runs to? Looks like under the air box I glanced after work tonight were it ran
No check the part of the wire harness that comes off the back side of the engine and goes down under the car, that is most likely where the bad spot is.

Ok will do and ill keep you posted. Had it scanned before work this morning same code p0141. Got told that it could be the cat converter, and that bank one sensor two is the front sensor by the header? Incorrect I thought it was the downstream passed the cat?
Bank 1 sensor 1 is the one is the exhaust manifold that blocks easy access to #6 spark plug. Sensor 2 is post-cat converter.
Exactly what I thought so I replaced the right one. Gunna check fuses and wiring and go from there really frustrating tho
Hmmmm. I would check fuses. My 97 used to tell me my downstream o2 was shot whenever I blew the cig lighter fuse. Since its an 04, I don't think it's the cig lighter fuse but might be worth checking out.

Im finally off work tomorrow so Im gunna check the fuses first, then the wiring. Just sucks the the wiring has that protected crap around it so u gotta cut it off to even see them. Hoping for a fuse. And as far as the o2 sensor being bad I dont wanna waste more money and put another one in and it still be on
What brand o2 sensor did you buy?

The brand was ultra power. Found online for $35 bux. And yea ill check that 4 foot section, but if theres nothing there damaged I probably need to check the harness after that wouldn't u think. Im pretty good with cars but never really diagnosed a check engine light code like this.
And that Sensor was a bi### to get out by the way. Had to put on a lift and use a 3 foot breaker bar
