Here is my POV on the code. It can be caused by headers moving it further away from the exhaust ports, it can be caused by a "race" o2 sensor, it can be caused by exhaust leaks.... Check with a scantool that the o2 sensor is bouncing up and down between 200 and 800mv or something similar. If its bouncing then ignore it / tune the code out. If you have a wideband just verify the car is bouncing the afr somewhere between 14 and 15.5 afr. I have leaky ass headers and a "race" o2 sensor and I get the code every once in a while. I just turned off the cel for it. Life is good afterwards. I cant stand lights on the dash.
