    Hi all,

A quick question for you if I may. I'm trying to detach the throttle cables from my L67 throttle body. One of them, the one from the accelerator pedal, comes off easily. But I can't for the life of me figure out how to get the other one, from the cruise control module, off!

I've looked online and watched videos but can't seem to find any help. May I have some assistance?

    Thanks,

Should just have to grab it and push it forward off it's circle clip.

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly! I did precisely that for the accelerator pedal throttle cable, but the CC one is different. I tried that, but it has this odd clip thing that attaches directly to the metal bar which turns the butterfly valve; should I post a photo? I'm sure it's stock. I'm afraid to push hard or do anything I'm not sure of as I don't want to break anything, but I can't seem to figure out how to unclip it.

    Thanks,

The cable on the right is the CC, left the throttle pedal cable.

The plastic clip should just push forward and come off.

Thank you!! I got it. It wasn't particularly difficult, I was just very afraid to break any of that brittle plastic in the clips. When I have some more time, in a few days, I will do it again with photos or perhaps video and make a write-up to help other newbies.

    Thanks again!
