Im afraid to put all the other mod $ into it to put it in the car and is takes a dump a week later. Going from stock to close to 400 chp (or more), not sure what to expect.
Now I have the short block sitting here and I don't know what to do. I do not know how many miles were on the engine (was told 80-100k). If i'm this far into it should I just have the bottom end done? And what does that consist of? And what would be the going rate on something like that?
Currently I have ready to go: 42lb injectors, 104 plugs, 3" downpipe, I/C on order, VS cam, 130# springs, 3" pulley, 180 drilled TS and a ZZP oversized radiator. Looking into CA legal headers and 1.9 rockers to use with the cam.
