    just as the title says, which double roller is superior?
    the rollmaster or the JP performance?

    50/50 toss up.

    I have installed both, and they both are nice, but I still prefer the RollMaster with some additional machining done to them to add a chamfer on the ID of the rear of the gear. Pretty much I add like a 45* chamfer to the inside of the gear, on the end that bottoms out against the crank.

    After that...perfect fit every time.

    Still with both double rollers...I would still surface grind the oil pump cover down 0.020" from the inside for additional clearance, unless you measured and it clears just fine as your build goes. But rarely does anyone ever measure anything like this when they assemble or mod an engine. Most everyone thinks everything is plug and play with our cars.

    i was going to use the zzp milled cover. i picked up the xp cam with 105's, should i run the stock timing set or go for the double roller?

    my jp is awesome. i use it on a rockered car even because i didnt want to get rid of it when i got rid of my cam. it fits perfect and i never saw any wear issues with it at all.

    I can buy a rollmaster double for $60, has 500 miles on it.... I think I'm going to take it
