    Headers: Consist of Front Manifold, Crossover, Rear Manifold, Downpipe, but obviously much larger than stock...

    Headers are the whole first half of the exhaust system.

    And to answer your question, yes, headers take care of the U-Bend.

    Interesting. I was under the impression they still flowed the same with the ports plugged. I thought they were just there to quieten the whine so it was more tolerable and less "Imaracecar"

    Plugging the ports is dumb.

    If you do that then...well, you probably have straight pipes too.
