I finally ordered some headers and I didn't go rockers I just got a s1x cam. I have some ls6 springs and ls7 lifters I'm gonna use and I picked up a zzp mod with a 3.4. I have a 180* but I'm switching to a 160* since its so hot down here. I'm also gonna get some 42lb injectors before I do the pulley swap. My question was what's the smallest pulley I can run on my car. I know intense says I can run a 3.0 and on my 04 that would be a 3.2. I'm also going to port my supercharger. I was wondering if anyone sells a bigger tb for the 04+ 3800? All this is on a custom tune with wideband and scanning for knock.

More than likely you'll be running a 3.4 to 3.3.

There are no larger TB's for the 04+ without doing some custom work

Also, I would suggest that you leave the blower alone, and get some heavier valve springs.

Why should I not port the blower?

^^This. Not much of a gain because there really isn't much to port on them.
