Recently I've notice on cold mornings, after letting the fuel pump prime, it will crank long then start to want to start over but acts like I'd need to pump the pedal as If I had a carb. If I turn if it off then crank again, starts normal. Also noticed my freeway mpg have dropped to bout 20 mpg (don't know if it matters).

    It's a 04 gtp w/ new plugs and wires.

Any idea on where I should start?

You can try cleaning the throttle body and MAF sensor with the correct cleaners. I bet the TB is all nasty and black.

What brand plugs did you buy?

Okay, I'll try that, thank you. I forgot what brand but they were the ones from the factory, made sure of that.
