Will a 3" stainless steel downpipe with a high flow cat from zzp get rid of my KR? Car is stock besides a cone filter.

what makes you think you have KR? you need to get it scanned. and yes it would help because you would be getting rid of a very restrictive part of your exhaust system

My friend scanned it already. Sure it'll help but will it be just as good as a non catted downpipe?

the cat doesnt make a difference. what you are looking for is a pipe that has a better inner diameter and u bend delete which the zzp dp has both.

The cat is going to be somewhat restrictive though, I just wanted to know if it's restrictive enough to not fully eliminate kr.

theres nothing restrictive about a cat. the cat wont make a difference. plus if you have emissions this is the way to go. AND if you dont want to deal with stinky fuems this is the way to go. if you dont wanna ride around with ur check engline light then you have to either pay 100 to 150 for a tune or you pay the 50 bucks for the emulator. both of which you pay the price for a cat. theres really no gains with not having a cat. its soooo minimal
