so it wasn't the gasket like i was thinking. it started blowing rad fluid out the tail pipe and emptied my rad in 1/2 mile. engine still runs strong. what do i do?

the only way coolant can come out the tail pipes is lim/upper intake failure, or bad head gaskets. did you over heat the engine real bad at any point before the bearings crapped out?
i would do a compression test on all cylinders. if you find one or 2 thats real low, you botched the head install. if you removed the heads. or its got a blown head gasket from before the bearings went to pot, or maybe the head gasket cause the bearing failure, hard to say, in sitting in NJ lol
it didn't overheat before or after they went out
it never leaked any fluids before or after the bearings went out. it ran for a long time in idle but temp never spiked. as soon as i took it on the road and gave it gas within 1/2 mile it was blowing rad fluid.
nope. just took off the oil pan and replaced bearings
i just answered that lol no. just took off the oil pan
i'm not trying to be difficult man but i forgot to refresh my page before i posted what you quoted i said. no. i didn't take off the heads.
and it was coming out the mufflers as well? not under the car?
out the pipes, do a compression test. like i posed above. because coolant out the tail pipes is a blown head or intake gaskets.
if its dumping under the car, it could be the freeze out plug rusted out. if you look from under the car up at the block you will see 3, 2 inch indents with a pressed in plug in it, in the sides of the block 1/2 way between the oil pan gasket and the head. both sides of the engine. if one is rusted out on the rear, the engine needs to come back out to change it,(the trans is in the way) the fronts can be done while still in the car.
its only coming out the tail pipes. i checked under the car and there is no fluid at all. i will do a compression test and see if its the head.

dont call it closed yet, we all want to know how this turns out. you pulled your engine and swapped bearings im sure you can fix this. you defiantly have a clue as to how to get around a engine.
you can rent a compression tester for "free" really at pep boys or auto zone. you leave a deposit for the tool, they give you a full refund when you return the tool.
i didn't mean i was gonna sent it to the junk yard lol i changed my post. will keep you updated. i already have the rebuild kit for my original engine that is in the works. i'll replace the intake gasket cause it won't take that long and see what it does. if that don't fix it then i'll get the tester. btw i was already started on tearing off the injection lol
testing the compression is free......take all the plugs out, and test each cylinder. you never know coolant could come spitting out a plug hole, that would be telling. or the plugs could have coolant on them, wet with coolant.
the simple checks are always free, just your time.
Sorry it took so long to reply. you know how family life is got plenum gasket replaced. that was definitely the problem. it fell apart and was extremely brittle. also it fixed my transmission? now it shifts through every gear flawlessly. I'm not sure how they tie together but it worked. now that its fixed, i hate to say it, but I'm gonna sell it. even though i already have $2300 into it, I'm hoping to recoup some of my losses.
The trans shifts based on load, torque available and a bunch of TPS/MAF readings.
