    so way back when, when i was rebuilding the motor installed 105# springs ls1 retainers intense pushrods all the jazz to support hs 1.9s. but would installing the yellow ls6 springs would of been better than 105#. im not intending on changing im just looking and to further my knowledge and fully understand.

    LS6 is lower seat pressure but higher spring rate, so more wear on tensioner, yet similar control of valves. At least in the world of rockers.

    so the 105 is essentially better

    stock springs will work good enough with rockers. Harland sharps will still float and otherwise not increase your horsepower anyway.

    thats interesting though cuz there a huge differnece in power from the stock rockers to the hs i also got comp cam lifters
