Pop your door panel off and look at the back of the handle. Where the rod to open the door goes through the handle, there is a round plastic bushing type clip that goes in the hole and then the rod goes trough that. See if that is broke. Had that problem with mine and the clip was broke. Eventually it popped out and caused the rod to fall out the handle and couldn't open the door. I would check that out first.
alright ill look at it
Actually i asked a guy if the rod connecting the door handle and the opening mechanism was bent and he said it prolly is.. does anyone know how to replace a bent rod it looks so difficult.
yo badazgtp i cant find that bushing im looking though still
Is the rod just kinda flopping around in the hole on the back of the handle? If so, the bushing may have already broke all the way and fell off like mine did. If you can run your hand along the inside bottom of the door and see if it's in there. About the rod being bent, I highly dought it unless it was in a bind and you pulled up on the handle really hard. You'd break the plastic parts of the handle first.
flopping in the hole.......... lol
