I would start with checking the things in this list, you already changed plugs and wires so you can start with the front o2 sensor.
My car has this same problem and I've changed everything but checking the valves and changing the pcm in my car and it still misfires.
A code P0300 may mean that one or more of the following has happened:

    • Faulty spark plugs or wires
    • Faulty coil (pack)
    • Faulty oxygen sensor(s)
    • Faulty fuel injector(s)
    • Burned exhaust valve
    • Faulty catalytic converter(s)
    • Stuck/blocked EGR valve / passages
    • Faulty camshaft position sensor
    • Defective computer

aren't those plugs three heat ranges colder than what you should be running?

edit: nevermind. but they're recommended for naturally aspirated cars. are you modded? sure you got everything hooked up right? right firing order?

    Yeah thats not good.
My car had about the same amount of miles on it when I got it. Thats how mine started the SES light started flashing at me and I just had random misfire cylinder #1, I could reset the code drive around in town for days and no SES light, but as soon as I got on the highway it would kick on after a few miles and would flash randomly. I replaced plugs, wires, icm, coils, injector o rings, harmonic balancer, crank and cam sensor and still had a misfire, then it turned into multiple random misfires. Scanning with Torque showed that most of the misfires were cylinders 1, 2 &3. I decided one day to tear apart the top of my engine and what did I find. My guess is that the piston was already chipped when I got the car and things just got worse as time went by. Before you start tearing apart your engine have you checked the ICM to ensure that it is good? Have you checked for vacuum leaks? Have you given your car a seafoam treatment?

damn that is not what i want to hear lol. I've replace everything you have including the icm the only sea foam i have used goes into your gas tank and a little into the oil to break down carbon build up. My car also has a couple of ticking noises but i think that might be a stick lifter or something. What did you use to scan your car to see where the misfires are happening. And also before i got my car whoever had it before my grandfather beat the crap out of it and it barely started and me and my dad brought it back to life when my grandpa gave it to me for my 16th birthday.

I used Torque on my phone. And if the previous owner beat the crap out of it I would see if you can't buy or rent a borescope and look in the cylinders through the plug holes. I'm guessing you have a chipped piston.

what are my options if i have lets say 2 chipped pistons. 1. replace the bad pistions. 2 replace all the pistons and bearings 3. get a new motor. im leaning towards the second option
