blend door actuator aint to bad.

it looks like this, this is not the one you need so dont buy it.eBay - New & used electronics, cars, apparel, collectibles, sporting goods & more at low prices

take your glove box door off, and to the left you will see what i posted, the part with the white hole turns, so you can turn from heat to cold, then to heat, and watch if it turns. if not unscrew it, 2 small screws, and see if you can turn the little knob by hand. one way is hot the other is cold.

you should also have one on the drive side, same place, but to get to it, you need to remove the dash panel under the steering wheel, and the knee bolster, metal shield, you cant miss it, the only real reason to take this off, is so you can see it, reach up from underneath to get to it, its a much tighter fit, and kinda sucks to get out. i'd watch it to see if its turning before taking it out.

if you cant see it well put your finger on it and work the controls, you should be able to feel it turning.

and these things can move very slow, so wait 2 or 3 minutes before calling it.

have a good flash light handy, your going to need it.
