a few months ago I noticed a whistle noise when accellerating very quickly. Visually everything looks fine. Could this be a sensor, vacuum line or center head gasket???? Please provide assistance.

It Could be a bad pcv valve - pull yours out, clean, check or replace ($4)
I've heard this on a Gtp before
thanks so much. I have replaced the PCVrecently since this whistle noise started, so the old one was not the issue either. Hopefully you have another suggestion. Appreciate it.
is the sound on the right side? i have teh same issue and have checked vacume lines and i have been told it could be oil wisping in the intake just a fyi? but i wiil find out sooon when i take off my charger and see and replace all my seals and that. hope it might help!
Pull the pcv and make sure it has an o ring on the bottom of it. And that the top is sealed.
thank and let me know the result. Can't tell if right or left side because it will only do it under load and full throttle. This is a strange one for sure
will do that today. let u know. Thx.
Flip your DIC to the "boost gauge". You seeing boost when you accelerate? It's time for all 2004 vacuum connections to dry rot. If this is the case, check the rubber "T" under the supercharger snout connected to the lower intake manifold.
