Wha? The IAT sensor and the O2 sensor are 2 completely different things. The O2 sensor does not tell the car what the intake air temperature is, that's what the IAT sensor in the intake tubing is for. The O2 is to regulate fuel trims, emissions, etc... Get that O2 sensor connected now before you clog the cat or burn up a piston.
i meant to say IAT, doesn't really matter now the tranny is all fu***ed up. is there aany laws around stuff like this, i just plates for it, put 6 miles on it and the lim gaskets are shot, valve covers leaking, tranny is not working for sh*t, powersteering pump is on its last leg and theirs like 3 quarts of fluid in my driveway. i only drove to the car wash and to oreilly and its doing alll this, just wondering if theres any laws or anything around selling a vehicle with all these problems and not saying anything. or did i just pay 3,000$ to drive a car 6 miles?
If you bought it from some guy then you bought it as is and you got screwed. Should have checked it out better before you bought it.
