Hi, I have a 99 GTP and the center display that shows the boost and how many miles I have left of gas suddenly alerted me the other day LOW%. At first when it flashed LOW I thought, wait I have 3/4 tank of gas, wtf? I then noticed the % sign after the low. It won't go off. I hit the mode button and go back to the miles I have left but after a few minutes or less it goes right back. Does anyone know what this is indicating?

I should mention that my crankshaft position sensor is going out. I had the service engine soon light go on back in April and that's the code that it showed. I haven't replaced it yet. But as of late it is getting worse. I'll be driving and then the RPM falls to 0 suddenly. Sometimes it kills the engine and I can restart it right away. I just want to know if this LOW% is related or does it mean something else completely. Thanks!

There's multiple things that display. One of them is your mpg, one is miles left before you run outta fuel, another is your oil life % left.
If I had to guess, I'd say you're on the oil life % setting..

Click I think Mode on the DIC and it'll switch between the options..

Ok thanks guys, I feel kind of dumb. What is weird is that I've had the car almost a year and I know this is bad but I've only had the oil changed once! It has never said low% like that. I checked the oil and it needed a quart so I added it and will see if it goes off or not. Otherwise I will have to change it. The oil wasn't too dirty considering.
