    Hi,
Im new here and have a couple questions.
First off, i own a 2001 GTP Supercharged.
It a 4door, and white in color.

What MINOR things can i do to add horsepower?
What MAJOR things can i do to add horsepower?

I already have a K&N Airfilter, but i want this car to be around 300-350 HP.
How do i go about doing this?
    Chipping? New exhaust?
What are the things that need to be done FIRST before i do anything else?

Any help with this would be much appreciated!!

    pulley drops

All that and much more, you gott do it right so you dont ruin the car.

Read this and it will give you a understanding of what to do and how to do it right.

knowledge of your car and motor is the best hp you can have. (a) your car will still run, (b) you learn to do it safely, (c) your car will still run. have fun modding away

For your power goals, I'd hazard a guess and say that turboing the car may actually end up being cheaper than trying to get that kind of power to the ground on the M90, but I could be wrong.
2005 GTP - AL 605's gapped at .055", SD headers, WAI with 9" cone air filter, 180 degree t-stat, green coolant, otherwise stock.

to the wheels maybe... a good tune on a 3.4 setup would net about 300 to the crank its really not that hard to get up to 300whp on the m90...

now much passed that go go gadget turbo for sure

headers, GOOD tune..., 3.4 pulley, plugs, new wires.. ported blower possibly. TB spacer never hurt.. anything past that and be ready to start fixin sh** when it falls apart..
Major? well.. I think of this car when I think of major.. lol but you'll need a very flexible budget. YouTube - 9 second gtp oh and yeah thats a wheelie bar on a FWD.. just for traction purposes I'm sure..

TB spacer DOES hurt because you have to spend money on something that gains zero hp.

Also, those aren't wheelie bars, they are indeed traction bars. Plus, that video is OLD. Matt has since ran an 8.65 back in 2008 YouTube - World record 8.65 FWD 3800 GP, and to this day he hasn't been faster then that. Maybe this year he will.

    NA dyno: 222whp
    Novi 1000 dyno: 348whp
    Novi 2000 dyno: 372whp Best 1/4 mile: 13.2634@105.12mph

they keep the cars weight from transfering off the front tires to the rear tires....

I even doubt it would be 300 to the crank...these cars don't have that much drivetrain loss. MAYBE 20% if your transmission is tired.

i'm still learning myself here, but i would look into intercooling, headers, etc first. i like doing things that do multiple things at once (reduce knock, increase gas mileage, etc.)
