Rollermaster Double Roller...
JP Double Roller...
JP Single Roller and toss a balance shaft back in...
Single Chain and leave the 130's on there and trade the car in and let it break on someone else in a few thousand miles...
Iz hit brick wall.

Most people I've talked to lately are of the opinion that stock is the way to go, regardless ("I've never seen a stock chain break, but I've seen doubles break."). Haven't heard any word on the JP single, though Intense advertizes that it's stronger than stock. Plz to learn me?
FWIW, the motor I ran for 40K with JP single and 105#'s. Then I swapped heads, changed to 130# springs and didn't touch the timing chain, ran another 5K miles.
FourSixer currently has that motor and I gave him a double roller and warned him of the potential issue.
supposedly Todd from Intense was running a single JP with 130# springs for 50K miles w/o an issue.
Well, I bought another Rollmaster...and this time I'm having the extra teeth in the crank gear welded for extra stength...so were gonna see how this goes.
If you weld on it, you might change the steels temper, and make it weaker.
No issues with my machined Double Rollmaster, and I have many-many more miles on my engine that you did this last go around.

Don't run such a dumb idle.
That's boring^^...plus the Rollmaster I had was used...had about 20k on it from another Thrasher car...I picked it up cheap.
It was just something looking into; Jason. I didn't know if it would either reinforce it or have a chance of throwing it off balance as well. Once I get it I'm going to throw it in and drive the car home and park it.....lol
