i have been trying to decide if i want to buy new OEM springs(unknown mileage of old ones, but know over 100K) or spend the extra money on the #105 springs as i hear that its less strain on the valve train than the #90 springs.

    i have a n/a block, s/c heads and 1.9 rockers

i have found some information but nothing really on what to choose and i don't know if the prices on gmpartsdirect.com are for each or a set, anyone have a write-up on how to use it? lol

I hope you also have a blower...how else are you running L67 heads? Also...your top swapped with just rockers...how about headers? If you don't have headers...screw the rockers...sell them off for headers before your pistons go pop.
