There's two ways that I'm familiar with.
1. Dorman fuel line repair kit. I'm overall not a big fan of this one as I didn't have the best luck. Basically it has a couple of brass barbs and some tube. You soak the lines in hot boiling water to get them on the barbs, then connect it all into your old line where the hole was.
2. Swageloks, AN fittings and AN line. Solid connection with really no chance to leak. I think cost is usually about $150 with the Swagelok connectors to the metal tubes. I have the info if you'd like it.
Thanks Bill, yeah I tried that dorman kit and had no luck. If you have any information on the sherloc I'm definitly interested. Also would I have to modify the fuel line connections on top of the blower? And the sherloc sounds like a good idea considering those lines are prone to leake thanks for all the info.

Thanks alot Bill but that seems to be alot more modifying than i plan on doing right now, im just trying to get the car going. I think im just gona go to the junkyard and get a line and mend it in to the factory steel line underneeth the car. Thanks for all the help, and btw thats a bad azz regal of yours and the car im working on is its twin.
It is really easy to upgrade the plastic lines, and here is the cheapest and easiest way to do that.
Get the Swagelok adapters Bill referred to:
Swagelok for the 5/16" tube adapter to -6AN is part # SS-500-6-6AN
Swagelok for the 3/8" tube adapter to -6AN is part # SS-600-6-6AN
Get these Russell adapters for the stock connections at the fuel rails:
3/8" adapter is Russell part # 799-640850 (Jegs.com)
5/16" adapter is Russell part # 799-640860 (Jegs.com)
Get 3 feet of braided hose for the feed, and 3 feet for the return with -6AN hose ends, or buy pre-built -6AN lines. You can piece these together for as little as $50. (Russell and NOS both have pre-built lines for a little more).
Go to the hardware store and get a mini pipe cutter - looks like this:
Cut the hard lines under the brake booster, and install the Swagelok fittings down there. Then just run the braided lines to the Russell connectors.
Total cost should be somewhere around $100 for everything.
Sorry to bring this back up, but didn't want to make a new topic on the subject.
I just had the 5/16" Fuel line connector break on me a few days ago, me and my brother rigged it up with a metal barb, some fuel injection hose and some clamps. Hasn't leaked yet but I need to fix this and was wondering if these two ways, the Metal lines and the Dorman kits, are my only choices. I found another brand in Balkamp from NAPA but I'm thinking its just like the Dorman kits,

I tried to use the dorman repair kits and have had no luck. I ended up going to the dealer and spending the 59 bucks and bought the whole line from the fuel filter to the blower. Easy as pie to change and if your car is anything like mine it saved me a future broken fuel line lol
You got the line all the way from the fuel filter (by driver side rear tire) to the engine for $59 or is there another fuel filter that i dont know about?
Yeah that seems oddly inexpensive...
Normally its 300-800 for the entire pack and you can only buy the entire pack.
Yeah I was wrong on the price but not by much..it was 72 after tax that was with the account I have set up with my local gm dealer..ill run out to the shop tomorwow and get the part number for ya..and yeah it was the one from the rear left tire up to the blower, and it came with the fitting that presses on the top of the supercharger too
It's alright I'm going to call up my local dealer tomorrow see what I can get out of them. Thanks though.
Ok, I had to talk to three different parts guys there to get the right numbers, ill go out there tomorow and see if I can find the tag off the line
