rockers aren't that bad, just pop the valve cover gaskets off.
i've heard that add a pretty decent amount of power as well. my best advice would probably be to not really guess at the pulley size until you're ready to tune. an intercooler is going to give you a lot of freedom when it comes to your boost level, the m90 is notorious for high temps. it's what's really going to let you get away with going lower than a 3.4" if you keep stock rockers. if you decide to go with 1.9 rockers, do your research on springs to go with it, and then maybe start tuning with as big as a 3.4" or a 3.25" and work towards a 3.1". it should run that small of a pulley, it really is all in the tune though.stock injectors might be getting starved at that point, so an upgrade probably wouldn't hurt, but that will hurt gas milage. if you keep stock rockers and springs, you might be able to get away with a 3.25 with the intercooler

lol what bigger injectors would waste more gas when tuned and the car in not in boost? i could care less at the amount of gas it waste when im at the track, but i do care about how much it does waste on the way to work, movies, beach, and my girl friend's house. thats why i was planing on useng a stock pulley when daily driving and then dropping to when ever i go to the track. 350 rwhp is my goal lmk on what setup to go with. stock injectors and 1.9 rockers or 42.5 injectors with stock rockers. sorry for asking to much but im confused and im getting the car dyno tuned when i install everything.

you're going to need a cam to get that much power out of an M90.

350whp is near impossible for you short of a xpz cam, intercooler, and someone that knows what they are doing tuning wise.... Probably going to struggle to do this on 93 octane as well.

in better news, you can run huge injectors and a tiny pulley, and still get 30mpg on the highway. If you dont trust your foot, you can enable the bbv to never close, and you wont make more than 2 or 3 psi.

alright, so im going to try to see what i end up with on a 3.1 pulley and stage 2 intercooler. if im not satisfied then i'll see about buying a cam and injectors.

having been in a bolt on tune 3800 camaro, with a T5 and a posi 3:42 gear out back. I must say it was a enjoyable car to ride along in. Having a supercharger on one would be great fun. Just get a really good tune on it and you should enjoy your ride and get good mpg.

and if you havnt done it already i highly suggest a posi and some gears out back!

    300. Maybe. But your not coming close to, or passing that without rockers or a cam.

i need to switch out the valve covers anyway to make the oil inlet on the passenger side, how much more hp will the 1.84 rockers give me in my set up and will it effect daily driving mpg? i've installed 1.6 roller rockers before on my lt1 and noticed a performance gain but didn't bother to see how it effected mpg. thanks for the input man and ive read your write up but i keep getting lost. its 20 more or less hp on a stock motor or 20 hp on my application? and why would you have to rev over 6k if peak hp is at 5200 on a stock cam? thanks for the help guys

pretty sure you dont HAVE to rev to 6K...but if you do youll probably need new springs. With 1.9's you will if reving past 6K.
Pretty sure someone on here said rockered cars can do 30ish highway.

with 1.9 RR's you'll find your power band is very flat.

But you'll be stuck under 300 WHP.
