    ok so ive been struggling with this problem for a few days now and its getting quite annoying. When im driving down the road somethime my car will sputter , it doesnt matter if im giving it throttle or not it just sputters and sometimes it will die while sputtering. Evertime i get time to look at it i let my car sit there and idle and it wont do it, so naturally i cleared the codes and drove my car around for a while until it did it again, i scanned it and came up with a p0401 and p0107, the 107 is a code that ive had the whole time which i think is because of my intake so im not worried about that one, but the 401 is a egr code, my question is would the egr cause the car to die like that it is an intermittent problem, and wouldnt a stuck open egr cause it to run bad all the time? anyways please help i thought that you guys might have some good ideas

    I would suggest to never just ignore a code,

    p0107 = map fault

    That could cause your egr code, cause the pcm uses the map to check the egr,

    If you have a GTP:
    Find the vacuum hose you knocked off the map sensor and you should be good

    If you have a GT:
    Make sure he map is pluged in and clean
