Im getting a ticking/ tapping type of noise and at first i thought it might be a lifter, but now im thinking its the s/c coupler I tried taking a video of the sound but its kinda hard to hear but i can post it if anybody wants. But i have this one and was wondering if this is too much play in the pulley for it to be a bad coupler?

    BARNEY!

Seriously...if you have THAT much play with the car not even running...it is probably the coupler AND the rotor pack...I just replaced mine and it was doing the same thing. Gotta yank the blower unless your very crafty.

If you need to replace the coupler, here's a pretty good write up...
