    My car is a 1995 pontiac grand prix se coupe(2 door) with a 3100 SfI engine and has a 4 speed automatic transmission but, the trans. is slipping a little so that is a problem.

    What im looking to do is swap engines and was wondering if it is possible to stick a L67 3800 Supercharged in my car because those 3.8 gtp's were 97 and^ i believe. If that swap is possible i would then just get a whole new transmission, otherwise i will prolly look at getting my transmission rebuilt and stick with what i got because my only other option would be a 3.4 which i could do also but prolly not worth it because the 3800 L67 Gtp's are amazing!

    Doing that swap as we speak in a 98 Century with the 3.1... It'll drop right in but you will need harness/fuse box, pump, the works.

    The trans isn't going to last long and it's the perfect time to switch to a 4T65 and ditch the 4T60
