Coolant coming out of overflow tank after shut off. It bubles like a caldron and then runs on the ground from the tank. I checked the hoses and they are good. Replaced T-Stat and bled system. It does not overheat in traffic but the temp does get high.

    Can this be the LIM?

is your rad cap any good?

The rad cap is what regulates the pressure in the system. If its not sealing good it will just allow it to all run into the overflow as it expands.

The cap leaking can also cause overheating due to not running high enough pressure in the system to keep it from boiling.
