I know you guys get this a lot, and I hate to be this guy, but I need help. I'm a ford guy so I don't know a whole lot about these cars. About a week ago my GTP died while driving. I towed it back to my house and started researching. I had the classic shutter, tach dropping to 0, and TCS light coming on from time to time. This all pointed to the crank position sensor from what I researched. I replaced the sensor and it started right up. Started it a few more times just to be sure. Drove it about 5 miles over to my parent's house. About 20 min later I came out to the same problem I was having after it died about a week earlier. Car turns over fine, fuel pump runs. It will start for a brief moment, rev up to around 1500 and just die again. I need advice... where do I go from here? My ego is fighting the urge to take it into the shop and let someone else figure it out. If it was one of my fords I could pinpoint it and have it all fixed in a day's time lol.
