My Grand prix is getting bad gas mileage and i badly need to replace the wheel bearing/hub.. Could this also cause bad MPG? my information center say's 19.8 mpg but there's no way it's getting even that.. if not the bug could it be the 02 sensor or something like that? plugs and wires are all new...

A wheel bearing that was worn out enough to cause a noticeable drop in MPG would be melting the hub from the amount of friction generated. You might need a new wheel bearing, but I would look elsewhere for the MPG drop.

2002 GTP: GMPP Sway Bars, BMR trailing arms, KYB AGX/Vogtlands, 12" brake upgrade
    Modified SSAC headers, K&N Intake, 3.4 MPS, S1X, Gen V, 104's, HPTuned.

I mean like could the bad electronic connection from the hub be causing some wrong readings or something like that? Just curious.. Also yea my gas mileage is pretty bad.. My dash will say like 120 miles then if I drive like 10 miles it'll be down to around 60.. It just drinks gas way to fast and I figured maybe the hub had something to do..

no, your wheel bearing will have nothing to do with mpg...try fuel filter, plugs, wires...normal tune up crap
