When I redo the exhaust Should I do headers or port/polish manifolds? And if I do go headers what do u think is best fitment/performance and is ceramic coating worth the extra $$$ thanks!

ceramic is always worth the money, unless you plan on replacing the headers often (you also want ones that coat the inside as they tend to rust from the inside out) as far as which is better no clue, but I bet someone has done both around here

You need to have a realistic goal for what modifications you will be running and how much power you will be producing. There is no one size fits all exhaust. For mild setups a power log and downpipe is plenty, but if you are looking for 11 second times you will need headers, and then if you are in header land you will need to decide the ideal primary tube size which will again depend on the engine setup.

As far as ceramic coatings, I am leery of them. Even well known places like Jet Hot have quality issues at times and if the ceramic starts flaking, you just wasted your money. Only get it if you know the coating is done by a reputable place.

Total plan; ZZP PCM, WizAir CAI, Autolite 605's, header/manifold, 2.5 DP w/ cat, 3.4/3.5 pulley, 180* stat, and ssic next year maybe. thats about it

I wouldn't do a zzp pcm. It will blow your **** up. Guy on our forum went through 4 or more of them that never got a good one. It cost him a motor. Others have had no problems but I would be very Leary putting one in my own car. If I were you I would go DHP or Overkill pcm. Plus overkill will tune for the specs of your car.

    Just putting my 0.02 in.

Get a Plog and a 2.5" DP and call it a day. Oh and get yourself the stainless version of the plog.

So is the plog just front or should I get back too?

And I already have a ZZP PCM and the car runs better than it ever has. But I will be going a Different route when I get all my mods together.

Yup Plog is just the front, the stock rear is adequate so don't worry about it.
