Is it possible without damage?

That EcoBoost was a huge flop...that thing was tested by C&D and R&T...got an average of 16-18 mpg's. No better than a tank n/a V8...pointless. You want gd MPG's and boost? Stick with 4 cylinders IMO.
One thing, don't speed all the way to the stop light, let off and even brake a little when you see an upcoming red light. What costs you mileage is getting the car moving again. Thats why rapid braking causes a decrease in mileage, its not the braking, but rather the energy you have to spend to get moving again.
lean out the cruise table a little and add some timing. i went from 198 to a tank to almost 300miles. plus i dont beat the piss out of the car as much after i was filling up twice a week
