Till you think your gonna break it...tighten it some more.

anywhere from 10-15 ft lbs. I did 15 on mine, make sure you do them in a sequence, and carefully. I did oposite to oposite sequence, aluminum binds and bends easily

Look at you Mr. Specific
I've never torqued the blower to LIM or the snout bolts to a certain spec...or in a certain order...never had any issues with the blower...ever.

anywhere from 11 to 15 will work
